‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the website. Following situations may arise:

    1. Item was defective
    2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
    3. Products was / were missing

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product;
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  5. Digital products/services
  6. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Wrong item was sent by the Seller.

Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.

Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Buyer needs to raise the return request within 24 Hours through Shopguest authorized Whats app number provided in the website 9643116209 or by Email with screenshot of the item purchased with appropriate Reason for return too. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting Us on Our What’s App and Email , Shopguest will take immediate action to resolve the issue by submitting clear indications to Both Buyer and Seller and from time to time it will send updates to both of them .

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes , Digital Services and free items

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 24 Hours of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
